Fresh from the region

Our cuisine is characterised by variety, tradition and the use of fresh regional produce. The staff in the kitchen give free rein to their creativity to conjure up delicious meat and fish dishes, accompanied by crisp vegetables or perhaps local mushrooms, not to mention the legendary sweet desserts which only taste so unmistakably good here in the region itself.
Herbs from our own garden lend the creations that inimitable touch of healthy freshness.
We naturally offer also a selection of fine, home-made cakes and gateaux with your afternoon coffee, catering equally to both connoisseurs of hearty fare and sophisticated gourmets.
